Each project invitation states the work, your pay, what the pay covers and what the work must meet. You see it before you accept.

Review AI answers and show how tasks in your field are done, as paid work from home. It suits people with working experience in their field who can explain their reasoning, not only their conclusion.

### What the work is for

Teams building AI for specialist fields need to know whether a model answers the way a professional would. Your demonstrations become training data, and your judgements of its answers become evaluation data.

### The work

- Demonstrate or describe real tasks from your field.
- Judge whether a model's output is right, and say precisely where it is wrong.
- Flag anything that would be unsafe or misleading in practice.

### What to expect

- You work from home, on your own device.
- Each project gives you a written protocol to work to.
- Before the main work starts, you pass a skills check. You then practise the project instructions with the rest of the expert panel.

### You need

- Real working experience in your field. We ask how you got it.
- Willingness to explain your reasoning, not only your conclusion.
- Do not bring confidential material from your employer or clients.
- 18 years or older.

### Good to know

- YPAI recruits experts before a project in their field exists. Invitations go out only when one starts.
- Each engagement is one project. There is no standing position between projects.

Our team reviews applications for this role and contacts selected applicants by email.
