Set up, run and look after the capture hardware on collection sessions: cameras, microphones, sensor rigs and the laptops that drive them. The data is only as good as the rig that recorded it.
In person, in and around New York, not from home. This listing is for English speakers who live there or can travel there.
The work
- Assemble, calibrate and test the rig before each session, to the project checklist.
- Run the capture, watch the signal and stop the session when something drifts.
- Pack down, log the session and hand the data over complete.
You need
- Hands-on experience with cameras, audio or sensor hardware.
- Ability to travel to capture locations in your city.
- 18 years or older.
