Your professional knowledge is the data. Nurses, lawyers, accountants, engineers and other practitioners record, demonstrate or judge the work they already do, so models learn it correctly.
The work
- Demonstrate or describe real tasks from your field, to a written protocol.
- Judge whether a model's output is right, and say precisely where it is wrong.
- Flag anything that would be unsafe or misleading in practice.
You need
- Real working experience in your field. We ask how you got it.
- Willingness to explain your reasoning, not only your conclusion.
- 18 years or older.
Every application is read by a person on our team, and selected candidates get an answer by email. Your application, and any CV you upload, are deleted no later than 2 years after you apply.
